From 4-15 March 2019, Chef Tristan Latouf will be preparing a harvest table filled with the most delectable Mexican meals. For only R250.00 per person, tuck into your favourite Mexican flavours after indulging in a free Corona on arrival.

Mini burritos stuffed with beef strips and coriander, melted cumin cheddar on top
Bamboo boats of nachos topped with crushed avocado, pickled red onion and torn mint

Lemon and cumin flame grilled beef skewers with a spicy tomato sauce
