Falstaff - Corporate Lunch

From 08 -19 April 2019, join us for a delicious corporate lunch, freshly prepared by Chef Tristan Latouf. During your 30 minute conference lunch, choose between a 2 course meal for R225.00 or a 3 course meal for R245.00. Meals include matured steaks, fresh line fish and homemade pastas done in simple but creative ways.


Roasted mushroom, plum tomato and wild rocket soup
Cajun chicken livers, peri peri cream and fried herbs
Grilled chorizo with black olives and blistered basil tomatoes

Main course
Grilled rump, bone marrow, grilled veg – parmesan baked new potatoes
Panko chicken breast on flame-grilled rosemary veg ribbons, spicy tomato and black olive sauce
Fresh hake roasted in a mustard and basil butter, zucchini mash and sautéed cherry tomatoes

Cookies and cream mousse cake with sliced oranges
