In light of South Africa moving to Alert Level 3 in accordance with the Disaster Management Act, regulations allow for hotels to open for Essential Services Workers and Business Travellers, subject to all health protocols being adhered to. Premier Hotels has therefore commenced openings of selected hotels, and booking channels for all hotels into 2021. The hotels will open in a phased approach with selected services and new Premier CleanCheck protocols in place - involving cleanliness, sanitisation, preventative measures, staff training, and guest education on arrival. Premier Hotels & Resorts are working hard on enhancing the well-being and safety of our guests and staff. Our protocols adhere to new Health and Safety Best Practice Standards to respect social distancing, strict sanitisation methods and the use of PPE protocols at all hotels.
