Quatermain - Making magic on Mother’s Day

Join us beneath our beautiful oak tree for a delicious Mother’s Day lunch for only R350.00. Children are welcome to swim in our sparkling swimming pool after indulging in an à la carte lunch filled with fresh fish, aged meats and homemade pastas.

Starters

Roasted porcini mushroom and tomato soup – olive baguette
Proper/real/original/authentic Ceaser salad
Grilled rump carpaccio, lemon zest and red chili dressing, parmesan shaving
Risotto of portobellini mushroom, rosemary and sundried tomato

Main course

Steamed vegetables for the tables
21-day aged rump, port reduction, hand cut fries – bone marrow
Sirloin on the bone, potato puree and green peppercorn sauce
Bacon, lemon, green pea and basil tagliatelle – touch of cream
Potato gnocchi mixed with toasted cauliflower, roasted almonds, sundried tomatoes and fresh rocket
Line fish and prawn curry with basmati rice and poppadum’s

Dessert

Classic crème Brule with fresh orange slices
Cookies and cream cake, homemade rum and raisin ice cream
Cheese platter with preserves and crackers
Chocolate mousse tart
