Quatermain - Day of the Dead Dinner

Join us every Monday throughout the month of October as we celebrate the Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday that honours those who have passed on. For only R295.00 per person, our chef, Tristan Latouf will be treating all guests to a 5 course Mexican inspired experience.

On arrival
Cucumber and pineapple aqua Fresca with tequila and lime served with assorted little bites

1st course
Pickled jalapeno and grilled onion soup, cheesy fajitas

2nd course
Prawn and matured cheddar empanadas with burnt tomato and coriander

3rd course
Shredded, soft duck chimichungas, mint oil, refried corn and crushed fajitas

4th course
Sliced rib eye on a black bean “risotto”, peppadew poppers, 4 cheese fajitas

5th course
Cardamom flan, honey ice cream, boozy berries
