Quatermain - Corporate Christmas Lunch

Show your staff members how much you appreciate them by indulging in our Corporate Christmas Lunch from 1 – 30 November 2018. For only R225.00 for a 2 course meal or R265.00 for a 3 course meal, each person will be treated to a selection of matured steaks, fresh line fish, crisp salads and a whole lot more- all prepared with a Christmas twist!



Rib eye carpaccio, jalapeno aioli, pomegranate seeds, cumin flat bread and coriander leaves

Porcini and san Marzano tomato soup – black olive and rosemary bruschetta

The best chicken livers with roasted red onion, peri-peri, mascarpone, rocket and rye toast

Lemon and organic chicken risotto, smoked mozzarella, basil and extra virgin olive oil

Main course

Madagascan green peppercorn fillet on a burnt baby marrow mash potato, wild mushroom, red wine sauce and confit cherry tomatoes

Flame grilled Duck breast, red pepper puree, smashed new potatoes and zucchini fries

Fresh hake fillet baked in a herb, mustard and lemon butter, caramelized sage pumpkin and 4 cheese risotto

Lamb Neck Osso Buco – potato gnocchi, green peas, parmesan cheese and wild rocket


Franshoek cheese platter, cumin cracker, homemade preserves and fruit

Fluffy Chocolate mousse, port poached pear and liquorice syrup

Chocolate chip malva pudding, white chocolate ice cream and berry sauce

Cinnamon spiced pecan nut pie and treacle ice cream
