This Christmas, we’re looking forward to spoiling our guests with a harvest table filled with delicious Christmas delicacies. For only R345.00 per person, you and the family can look forward to deboned turkeys, homemade patés, scrumptious desserts and many other Christmas delights.


Antipasti table

Selection of local Charcuterie to include Parma ham, Salami Finocchiona, local made pastrami, gypsy ham and thinly sliced grilled gammon

Black Olives marinated 2 ways
– Pickled in sherry vinegar and garlic
– Basil and parmesan

Baked camembert chunks with rosemary, olive oil and black pepper served with baguette slices rubbed with pesto

Flame grilled chorizo with fried basil, chili roasted tomatoes and red wine marinated feta cheese

Salmon trout terrine with crushed Lebanese chickpeas and parsley – rye toast
Bowls of sundried tomatoes, peppadews and nuts

Chilled gazpacho with spring onions and toasted almonds

Homemade Provencal dips with big chunks of our puffy rosemary and sea salt focaccia
– Roasted brinjal and feta
– Burnt red pepper and sage
– Cumin spiced pumpkin and mascarpone

The Festive Mains Buffet

Slow cooked Deboned turkey, rolled up and sliced at the buffet with pan juices and chili

4hr slow cooked Osso buco in red wine, beef stock, shallots, thyme and tomato

Festive Spiced leg of Lamb slow cooked till pink with crushed spicy cherry tomatoes
Masala beef curry, poppadum’s, roti’s and sambals
Rich and slow braised oxtail – Irish style
